The Proposal


I picked up the ring and then went and picked up Liz to take her to dinner. I told her that the ring was not ready to be picked up. On the way to the restaurant I said that I had to stop at a friends house to notarize something. Kate, the friend, offered to give Liz a tour of the house. We went upstairs where Kate showed off the bedrooms and then told Liz to check out the bathroom. When she opened the door the bathroom was dark, with candles everywhere. Rose petals were all over the floor and on the mirror were the words "Liz will you marry me?". When Liz turned around I was standing there holding the ring.


Oh yeah, Liz said yes.
